Veronica Dempster provided us with over-the-top customer service starting with planning our trip to Punta Cana (doing it secretly with my husband to surprise me!) thru follow up after the trip. She was able to give us credits on our airfare. She assisted me with information about how to get an expedited passport. We received a detailed itinerary. When we arrived, the private transfer that was easy to find at the airport. We loved El Carmen. Veronica made sure we had a personal welcome. The resort was such a perfect choice for us, especially since we love swimming in the ocean. There was a snowstorm on the east coast and our flight back home was cancelled. Veronica was able to walk us through re-booking with American Airlines at no extra cost. Then she gave us with the information about how to contact the travel insurance company to request getting some money back to compensate for the extra night at the resort.
