Just got back from yet another trip planned by Ken...we don't get on a plane without him..!!! My husband and I wanted a quick respite so went to Hawaii...Ken got us an upgrade, free breakfasts, remembered we don't drink so has my drink of choice delivered on ice!! We have been on safaris to Africa, trips to Croatia, Europe, Australia and Alaska...it does NOT matter where we are going...Ken has never steered us to any guide or hotel that we did not love!!!! He also organized our plane ticket from our home to New York, on to England, and back, booking flights that met our needs for comfort and convenience, while saving us the time of having to sort through the blizzard of on-line options. We traveled to England to visit family over the holidays, and returned through New York. Ken selected the Egerton House for our visit to England. It was our first stay there, and it was just perfect. Walking distance to interesting sights, very comfortable room, spectacular service from a lovely staff. We really enjoyed the Egerton House. In New York The Mark Hotel has become our home in New York. It's convenient to our interests, with comfortable rooms and once again spectacular service.
