David was great to work with; his turnaround time was great on developing options for me after we initially connected about the trip. He was very responsive and even connected with me just prior to the trip to make sure I had everything I needed. I'll definitely leverage David's services again whether it be just to book rooms for a hotel or an intricate vacation.

My fiance and I were on the way to a wedding when our connecting flight was delayed, on our anniversary! David had already booked a room at our final destination and helped me orchestrate a surprise. But we ended up with a flight delay of more than 6 hours, which was going to keep us in Seattle overnight. David turned what could have been a very stressful situation on a special day into a very nice vacation for us. He booked us a room at the Fairmount within in 30 minutes of me telling him about the debacle. I also asked if he could call ahead to get champagne and chocolate covered berries. The hotel was amazing, David was beyond amazing. I would work with him again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

The best part of the trip was having my bulky luggage and ski equipment shipped ahead of time given the frequency of cancellations and diversions when flying to Aspen. From the special request at the hotel, to the comp Main Cabin Extra seat, David's services are essential for any travel.

We spent 2019 frantically and stressfully moving states, starting two new jobs and planning a wedding in a different city. In all of that chaos, we knew one thing was being attentively cultivated and taken care of - our honeymoon. We'd decided pretty early on to book with Designed Travel. That turned out to be the best decision ever! From before we arrived in country David made everything seriously non-complicated. We had an app with all of our travel documents / itinerary and even interesting things to do in each location. From the moment we touched down, we never had to guess about where we were supposed to be and when - or how we were getting there. We had private black SUVs, boats and shuttle services. The best of the best resorts - location and amenities. My husband and I jokingly began saying to each other pretty early into the honeymoon that we'd never travel without an advisor again.
