Thera, Greece My husband is a professor who got a last minute speccing engagement in Athens..We had only a couple weeks to plan an entire trip..and also make it a 37th Anniversary & Second Honeymoon in the Greek Islands..This was a long time bucket list for us..We Turned to Cyndi Bugbee for help with our TRAVEL PLANS...and all I can say is...It turned out Masterfully! Basel, Switzerland My Wife and I have asked Cyndi for assistance with intricate Travel Plans on several occasions and each time has been an incredible experience with some of our most cherished memories. Our most recent trip was a Christmas Market -Rhine River Cruise from Basel to Amsterdam. When we arrived in London we were informed we would not be able to continue to Switzerland without a mandatory 10 day quarantine. Apparently the rules changed while we were in flight and even fully vaccinated Americans with negative covid tests fell under the new quarantine rules. Needless to say my wife and I were blindsided. If we were unable to board the vessel in Basel it seemed that our vacation was ruined. I sent an email to Cyndi since it was the middle of the night for her and began the weighing of the possibility of staying in London or heading home. A couple hrs. later Cyndi called-I'm pretty sure she hadn't even had her first cup of coffee but was already on the job. She found that the ship had been moved to Speyer, Germany . She devised a new plan for us. Booked us new flights to Frankfurt, a beautiful hotel in Frankfurt a stones throw from the train station, set up new Covid tests. Gave us detailed instructions on the train routes and connections that would get us to the boat the next morning. We finally made it without incident to the ship and proceeded to thoroughly enjoy the remainder of the cruise. My wife and i are pretty well traveled, but there is no chance we would have been able to come up with such a perfect plan from an airport lounge and execute all of it. Cyndis connections also got our hotel refunded in Basel. And alerted our hotel in Amsterdam at the end.. that we would need new covid tests set up for our return home to the US. She is a travel ninja with incredible knowledge and expertise. And we are certain that without her help we would have only had stories to share from a bar in London, Heathrow! - Colbert,Jared & Katherine

We had an amazing time at our 10th anniversary at Il Falconiere Hotel in Italy. Cindy's set up and contact with the hotel was outstanding! We were upgraded to a Junior Suite and also received value discounts for food and spa use. Everything was perfect!! Cindy, thanks a lot for this great experience. Amsterdam, Netherlands My Holiday River Cruise trip was a different kind of adventure and its completely changed my LIFE. This story does have a happy ending though because of Cyndi Bugbee my Travel Agent whom I am eternally grateful to. Without her jumping into action and assisting me immediately I would not have known how to navigate this! On Nov. 22nd I flew to Milan for the beginning of my dream vacation of taking a Christmas Market River Cruise with family and close friends..which had been on hold for 2 years due to Covid. My fabulous Travel Agent guided me through a possible disastrous vacation to one of Joy though. Upon Arrival in Italy.. I tested positive for Covid after not feeling well. I ended up having to miss the cruise and Quarantine for a week in Italy alone while my friends and family went ahead. My fantastic Travel Agent Cyndi rebooked and guided me through a new itinerary, and I felt empowered as I had to journey alone from Italy to Amsterdam after recovering..to catch my original flights home. She check in on me daily and reassured me I was in good hands! She rebooked and rearranged all my travel plans. Got me a hotel in Amsterdam, transfers everywhere, and got me flights to Amsterdam. She accomplished all this while fighting the Flu herself, and a time difference of 9 hrs. She also navigated all the red tape! She made sure all my travel changes ran smoothly and I enjoyed the confidence it gave me know things were in place for me. I loved the luxury and location of the Amstel Hotel she provided for me to stay at..they were warm and welcoming! And I was able to enjoy the last dinner on the ship with my friends and my family..As a result I had a different holiday adventure which helped me grow as a person, and learn to travel in foreign countries alone and love it. Lake Como, Italy Travel Specialist made my dreams come true..At least for me when using Cyndi Bugbee as my Travel Agent...Cyndi was my catalyst who made my dreams come true in 2022. Amazingly I made 3 different trips to Europe this past year 2022. I'm 75 I could not continue to postpone travel plans much longer due to covid set backs..so I took the flight and loved every minute. Cyndi is tireless when it comes to her clients. Over the time we spent communicating I came to think of her as a friend who truly cared and wanted me to have the best travel experience possible. With all the airline changes that were happening she worked overtime to rearrange the best flights possible over and over..as they were always getting cancelled.. She was always available to answer my questions. My husband and I took a much needed Mediterranean cruise on Oceania..Cyndi made sure everything in Rome before the cruise was meticulously handled..transfers to ship perfect..champagne in our suite when we boarded the ship with a note from her for our Anniversary..She never missed a beat. Cyndi was also instrumental in booking my Amawaterways which I took twice this year..and just returned from the Christmas Market Cruise in Late November..and early Dec. 2022. Because of Covid Restrictions..my travel partner who was sharing a room with me..got covid before we got on the ship..and had to stay back in Italy. Cyndi had to work triple time doing multiple changes for my friend..even while being sick with the flu herself. Cyndi was instrumental in getting my friend out of italy after covid.. The Christmas market was a Fairytale experience..so glad I listened to cyndi's recommendation.
