When we met Patricia in January, we were very impressed with her giving us her full attention, as we described the kind of month we wanted to have in Europe in June. She booked our flights immediately! Wow! We were thrilled! But, then, somewhere along the way, she didn't book reservations at the hotels we mentioned. By the time, it got closer to our trip, I had to call the hotels myself & the only rooms left were super expensive VIP suites! It's possible it was our fault that the ball got dropped. She was very helpful in setting up the flights and saved us a bunch of money. She also responded quickly to our requests for changes. We had one problem that remains a mystery. United Airlines wouldn't let us on our Richmond to Chicago flight and also our San Francisco to Auckland flight because of some clerical error regarding our nonexistent and not-required visas. The system had to be overridden by hand - twice. Thankfully, we insisted on long layovers just in case. - Michael H.

She is easy to work with, came up with options and communicated well. Still, the travel was more difficult than I like. Some of the difficulty was with the airlines--flights were delayed, one for almost twelve hours and one for and hour or two. The problem came because we didn't have enough slack in our connection times, so we had to run from Domestic terminal to International terminal, etc. As it turned out several flights were delayed so we made our connection but it was high stress. Not what I like on a vacation. In retrospect, we should have flown into Hilo and not Kona. I think she made the decision; I don't know why. I would think she would be tuned into the geography of Hawaii. The service that you used to notify us of flight delays/changes was hopelessly too late to be of value. - Saul W.
