We just came back from a 2 week holiday in Europe, which started with a river cruise on the Danube from Budapest to Nuremberg with Amawaterways and ended with 5 days in Berlin. Jen organized the whole trip for us and even though it was on very short notice and highly customized for our needs she did an outstanding job and we would highly recommend her. Jen works very hard to ensure she understands our likes and dislikes, which leads her to recommend only items that we are interested in and minimizes wasted time. Once the trip is booked, Jen is still with us all the way and we always feel like we're in the best hands, for example our flight to Budapest got delayed and thus I informed Jen from the airport in Munich so she could inform the cruise company to re-arrange our transfers in case we didn't make our connection, it was a Sunday night for Jen and she was immediately on the case and took care of everything. Our family had a wonderful time! There was something for everyone,including our 18 month old grandson to our 10 year old granddaughter. Riding bikes and the golf carts were a great way to get around the resort. The only thing that I would not recommend although there may not be a choice is the flight on American Airlines. My wife and I took my father to Sydney Australia and both islands in New Zealand for his 84th birthday. Wonderful trip. Accomodations were all first class. The 10 day suschedule was packed with fun and beautiful visits. Only one logistical issue for the entire trip and that was the limo driver was not at the Sydney airport when we arrived.
